This page is a space for practices that support rest, balance, and gentle restoration. Through restorative yoga and subtle energy-based practices, these offerings are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and settle your nervous system in a supportive, grounded way.

Grounded Connections - Seasonal Series

Grounded in the New Year: Restorative Yoga Series


A four-week, in-person restorative yoga series designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation after the holidays.

About Grounded Connections

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a slow, supportive practice that uses props to fully support the body in restful postures. Sessions are designed to encourage deep rest, ease tension, and create space for the body and mind to reset.


This practice is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive during times of stress, transition, or fatigue.

Meditation and Guided Stillness

Meditation sessions offer gentle guidance into stillness, breath awareness, and present-moment connection. These practices are accessible and supportive, helping to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner ease.


Sessions may be woven into yoga or healing experiences, or offered on their own, depending on what feels most supportive.

Healing and Energy Support

Healing sessions offer gentle, non-invasive support through subtle energy practices. Drawing from Reiki and other grounding techniques, sessions may incorporate elements such as intention, sound, or stillness, depending on what feels most supportive in the moment.


The focus is on creating a calm, safe space that allows your system to settle and rebalance naturally.
